I find a lot of my work is inspired by the natural world. Nature is fascinating, beautiful and mysterious. I'm often drawn to pounding oceans, muddy estuaries and wild inaccessible places. When working with birds, I often use my paper technique as I feel it is a good medium for reflecting their fragility and vulnerability.
